Level I gives you an introduction to nutrition and Gary Young's specially developed nutritional products, elementary essential oil chemistry, Vita Flex and Raindrop Technique, and other practical applications of essential oils. This excellent training includes a lot of hands on training, where everyone gets to experience applying and receiving the different techniques with oils.

Level II is a unique, heart-opening training focusing on the use of essential oils for emotional change, sometimes releasing patterns that have been in place for many years. As with Level I, every person has the opportunity to experience the oils personally, as well as to participate in applying the oils on others.

This course is not cheap but it's worth the price if you want a solid chemistry-based understanding of essential oils. This involves serious study. Not for the faint-hearted reader. Major emphasis is on chemistry; not so much on clinical application or the "art of the science." Call for information.

"Certificate in Aromatherapy"
Correspondence course over 12 month period, offered by the Australasian College of Herbal Studies. More clinically oriented than the PIA course, this one offers one-on-one tutoring.
